The general characteristic of the discipline "Care for patients" (practice) is the first clinical discipline, during the study of which the student is acquainted with the work of medical institutions of inpatient type, the first contact with patients, the formation of moral and ethical bases of further professional behavior. to create comfortable conditions for the patient's stay, in a medical institution, to promote the speedy recovery of the patient, to prevent the development of complications, as well as to master the simplest manipulations of first aid in emergency conditions.
