Abstract

Problems of macroeconomic stabilization and economic growth have always been popular among scientists, politicians and practitioners. Society has realized that the economic growth is necessary to ensure a social economic breakthrough in the establishment of post-industrial society. According to the experience of the most developed countries, the key factor in the economic growth is investment in human capital and the life quality of the population.
