dc.description.abstract | The recovery plan of Ukraine takes into account the experience of European countries, and also suggests the use of principles, approaches, tools and practices of the European Union. Within the framework of the plan, a list of National programs for achieving key results is defined. The plan envisages the maximum involvement of international partners from all corners of the world. Ukraine's recovery plan has two key dimensions. According to the first, the reconstruction of the country and the reforms should take place in accordance with the best rules and practices of the EU, because the goal of our state is membership in the European Union. The second dimension involves the regional principle, when foreign partners take patronage over different regions of the country, finance and directly participate in the preparation and implementation of reconstruction projects. The recovery plan released by the government is an agreed draft that needs to be refined and detailed. Now the country's government is consolidating the efforts of the public, business associations in partnership with the international community to improve the plan in accordance with the principles of Lugano. Ukraine should become a benchmark for recovery and an example for future generations. Ukraine will be a huge construction and investment platform that can give impetus to the development of European economies. | uk |
